Taper Time

This is a two week taper cycle for age group swimmers who are focusing on sprint and middle distance events. The idea behind this taper is to lightly hit every muscle group, energy system and hypoxic training. 

The 2nd week is the same workout each day, just with less yards each day. This allows nothing new to be introduced as you go into the final stretch. It also helps when organizing multiple groups going to different meets on different weekends.
