IT WORKED BEAUTIFULLY!

I had an opportunity to try out the weight belt this past year. I slowly increased the weight to a few of my swimmers that were on the edge of making huge cuts. It worked beautifully. My 200 IMer went from 2:05 to 1:58; his 100 breast went from 1:05 to 1:00. Very exciting. Both swims were his first Sectional cuts. My sprinter went from 22.89 to 21.73. Now that is a huge drop and his 1st Sectional Cut, too. This kid only swims high school (max 8 hour/week) and trains only 2 additional workouts (75-90 min) each week. Both boys were very happy with results. Their parents - even more happy. That makes my life as a coach blissful!

Fantastic Product

Fantastic company. The first weight belt I ordered was lost in the mail. After contacting the company, they rushed me a replacement belt at no additional charge. My 14 year old son has been using the weight belt for the last couple of weeks performing verticals off the pool bottom. He started with 4 lbs and he is already up to 8 lbs. I know I will be buying more weights as he gets stronger. The increase in power of his underwater dolphin kick is incredible. My 13 year old daughter has used the belt for about a week and I can already see a difference in her dolphin kick. If you want to improve your son or daughter’s “fifth stroke” with an affordable product, I would highly recommend this weight belt.

Weight belt made a difference

We are just getting in to the use of the weight belt.. last week-end I saw some great time drops in the kids that we are mostly using it with. The swimmers who are using it love it. Definitely helping with core strength and alignment. I enjoy hearing the kids comments from the time they use the belt and when they swim after I have them take it off. I have started using it for turns as well and I wish you had some ankle weights that were tried and proven. This has been fun as well. Still to new to see big differences on al of the kids but one in particular could not believe how it helped. Smiles from ear to ear.. Thank you for your dedication and giving us ideas to work with.

Great for fly training!

We use the weight belt for fly kicking and regular fly sets, and I really see our swimmers work their core harder to keep those hips moving! And when the weight belt comes off, their form in fly definitely appears stronger!
